At City of Joy, we're all about Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus was who He said He was, the Son of God who came and died for our sins.
We're all about people. Every person who walks through our doors is important to us. As a church of God's people we care about you and your family and we're here not only to feed you spiritually but to help in any way we can. We love doing it and it's why we exist!
You are preaching on clubhouse, and you said there will be somebody in this place that will receive a check in the mail. Last week my daughter was sick and i am out of work, I’m wondering how I am going to pay my bill because I am out of work. I went out to get something for my daughter and when I came back, I found the check in the mail. I want to give God glory; his word came to pass in my life.

You are preaching in the church, and you said everyone who wants financial breakthrough this year should come out. Some of them will be debt free. I received a check in the mail regarding my school loan from 20 years. 2 days later that my $74,000 school loan has been forgiven. Our God is a God of miracles.

Here in Massachusetts our community team has done a fantastic job over the few years feeding the homeless, gifts to the children around the holidays and giving families baskets at Thanksgiving. Especially here in New Bedford where we are located, we have partnered with Salvation Army and Mobile Loaves and Fishes to help in any way necessary. Our mission is to help the destitute & orphan children in Africa and around the world. For several years we have been partaking in a mission to help these needy people and if you want to partner with us, we would greatly appreciate any donations!
